The surroundings are beautiful and serene, making it feel like a private retreat while still being perfectly located for exploring the area. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the hospitality. The service was warm, personal and genuine — the kind of attention that makes you feel like a welcomed guest rather than simply a hotel customer. Nothing felt forced or overly formal; they simply know how to take care of people. We travel quite a bit and stay in many beautiful hotels, but Relais Villa dei Gelsi & Spa is one of those rare places that leaves an impression. It has charm, elegance, tranquility and, most importantly, heart. We would return without hesitation and absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay. A wonderful discovery and easily a five-star experience for us."

"The accommodation was in a really good and quiet location but still only a short walk to the centre of Verona. It was very well equipped with a small kitchen. We asked for a kettle which was provided without any fuss. There was also a washing machine with detergent which was an unexpected bonus. It was very clean, tidy and spacious accommodation with very good facilities. The only very slight downside was lack of shelves or space in the bathroom to put toiletries on. Overall it was lovely bright, clean and inviting and we would definitely recommend staying there. Being close to the centre was a definite positive."

"Overall our stay was good. The room was very modern, clean and spacious. The bed was uncomfortable though; you could feel the springs in the mattress. Bathroom had a decent sized shower. Breakfast was okay. Your typical continental options and some egg options. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful with recommendations. Hotel is outside of the tourist area so be prepared to walk a good distance or take a taxi. Nothing to do around the hotel area and not too many restaurant options nearby."
