"Clean room, very nice staff"

"We like the newness and cleanliness of rooms. Front desk were confused with reservation since we came with tour group but extended 2 more days in our own. We got locked out of our room and confusion with waitress at breakfast and said we had only 1 person. Manager straightened it out but very rude"

"We had one of the smallest rooms. It was adequate for our 2 night stay but the bathroom was especially small. Breakfast was a bit chaotic; tables were very close together and at times the staff seemed harried as they tried to get everyone's coffee orders. The afternoon-evening concierge was lovely and helpful but one of the morning concierges was unfriendly."

"It’s a beautiful hotel with clean spacious rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast is great here with cappuccino, expreso or coffee ready to go. The location is great because is right by the water taxi drop off so no going up and down stairs with suitcases which is a real plus. "

"Very small rooms and AC wouldn’t function. We did open our windows but there was no cross breeze. Size of shower was laughable. I wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay. The hotel is in a great location and very friendly staff. Great drinks bar bar and food breakfast. "

Grazie mille for the exquisite suite with canal view, delicious breakfast and above all, that superb staff that goes the extra mile to make you feel in paradise, whatever the city you are. Venezia is one of a kind place, very close to my family heart , living it from The Splendid was nothing else but "Splendid". Ci vediamo!"
