The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness area- you have to book a service to be able to sign up for a fitness class and it has to be that day. But all-in-all a very relaxing resort. "

"Communications great - the people at the company responded very quickly and were very courteous and helpful. Condo itself needs many repairs and upgrades. Broken door to the deck, broken recliner. old carpet, old furniture — just not up to standards. Pool was nice (managed by different company, not the rental company) but one had drunks playing loud music and front desk said she couldn’t do anything about it. Other pool has 2 of 3 gates padlocked because they didn’t want to pay to replace broken locks. "
