"Hotel is in a great spot 75 Yards from the Tube on a direct line to Heathrow . No 1 consideration for us Great area too "

"The elevators are terrible. Had to wait 15 minutes on several occasions. Some members of staff in leading positions were absolutely terrible to their employees. Yelling at them, in public."

"The hotel itself was nice and the location near Trafalgar Square is excellent. However, we booked two rooms together and one was allocated in the Club Quarters wing requiring a long walk through fire doors and corridors, which was inconvenient for our group"
