About this property

Cozy studio for one person or couple. Located 10 minutes from the tourist area.

Small studio with lots of sun and ventilation, 5 minutes from one of the main highway into Ensenada coming from Valle de Guadalupe or Tijuana with all the basics: kitchenette, queen bed, internet, Netflix. Shared entrance but independent from main house. May use washer machine and dryer.
House owners run local tours professionally (mexgeotours), with bikes, stand up paddles, kayaks, etc. They have 4 friendly dogs.
The studio has a small terrace with distant view of the ocean.
