Overall everything was great, just some minor inconvenients. The parking area is extremely tiny and limited to certain amount of cars, and its very annoying to get the staff to let you go in or out of the parking lot especially at very late hours. The restaurant prices aren’t good, you get very little food and medium quality for what you pay. I’ll recommend to eat elsewhere but not in the restaurant. Personally not a fan of that semidoors on the bathrooms, you quite doesn’t have privacy. Good if you travel with your partner, but if it’s a friend group or family, will not recommend this hotel just because of the bathroom doors. Finally, the TV doesn’t work that well, it’s better to bring a laptop and a HDMI. Everything else is great.

I like the hotel it self i just didnt like that i reserved a king bed and when i git there staff told me they did not have any more king size bed!!!

Beds were very hard woke up with body aches every morning. Noice level was to high outside the room you could here everything including people walking in the hallway. Disappointed with the limit breakfast.

Very nice rooftop pool Food is average. The Club sandwich is the best! Our room had a funky order in it. The windows do not open so we were not able to have any fresh air to combat the smell. Other than that the hotel staff are sweet and free parking great! The views rom the pool spectacular

The property is an unfinished hotel even though its fairly new theres a lot of broken tile all over you can here lots of noises and rooms are super small hard for a family stay beds super uncomfortable not a family hotel the free breakfast was very limited

Mi experiencia fue terrible iba a pasar la navidad con mi familia y nunca me informaron que el hotel estaba en remodelación. Empezando por estar completamente cerrada el área del ruftop y la piscina que era lo que me llevó a elegir ese hotel. El estacionamiento también en construcción la Gerente del hotel me dio un trato pésimo la habitación súper pequeña la regadera no funcionaba se salía toda el agua, las camas muy duras las almohadas con fundas sucias olían muy mal. Y de vista sólo tenía la construcción y montañas de tierra. Lamentablemente por las fechas no encontré otro lugar para irme pero fue muy frustrante y muy mala experiencia tratándose de la cadena Hilton que para mí era comodidad asegurada. Estoy muy inconforme si me hubieran informado de su remodelación, hubiera decidido cambiar de hotel por que la reserva la hice con meses de anticipación. No sé cómo puedan compensar esta mala experiencia y sobretodo que era navidad. Lamento terriblemente que me halla pasado tenía ilusión por pasar unos días felices y agradables y fue todo lo contrario. Lo único que si rescato es todo el personal con su trato estupendo. A excepción de la gerente que sinceramente debieran pensar en cambiar, ya que es la encargada de dar su imagen y la Sra tiene todo menos buena actitud y cero trato al cliente. Espero alguna respuesta ya que sigo muy frustrada y triste por la mala experiencia gracias.

Nice view from room but positive remarks end there. (a) the pool is closed and no beach (b) rude receptionist (c) breakfast is supposed to be free-- but they charge for over 2 persons and the meat/vegetables. (d) the parking garage is dangerous and unfinished (e) none of the staff speak English (f) the mini fridge sounds like a motorboat (g) there is no safe exit to the main road. Do not reccomend!

Best family trip
The customer service was awesome, we had the pool all to our selfs. Security guard was very attentive and kind. We tried the restaurant next door and were amazed on the quality of food and service as well. You get to have a beautiful view if you select a premium room, it’s worth the price. Will definitely stay here again in the future. It’s only about 10 minutes away from downtown Ensenada.

I booked a Ocean View room and wasn’t given that, because to what they said they are booked out which doesn’t make sense, i was really annoyed about that. I let it be and left it and said it’s okay. “Free Breakfast” in the morning, is the biggest lie I have heard, there is no such thing as free, everything is extra and we have to pay. They ruined my trip completely.

The room had a terrible scent. I called the desk and they said it comes from the drains and to cover it with a towel. The bathroom is small and not very clean. The breakfast they serve is limited. You could get fruit ,toast ,cheeses or cereal. If you want their whole buffet style food it’s $290 pesos more per person or about $18 dllrs. Parking was a hassle at night since they were full. My husband got bit by something.The staff was not very friendly.

Over all it is ok. Among the things that need improvement are: checking in process was very slow and clumsy. Very dis organized. Had to go to desk to reprogram the same card key multiple times. Sunday morning buffet around 11:30. buffet area did not have Coffee, silverware among other things and personnel did not offer to bring them . Had to ask several times. Ask for tortillas said they did not have. Had to ask someone else. The paking session during the stay was a serious ordeal. Good luck finding a spot returning to the hotel at night.
