Clean rooms, comfortable beds , but rooms and restrooms are too small and rooms amenities are too limited. Hotel has a great pool with a nice view. Didn’t like the breakfast that comes with the room they need to have a better service in the breakfast area.

The staff were very cheerful, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay which made the experience better. The only downside was the “free breakfast” since some items were not actually included. Location is perfect. It’s in between downtown Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe. My young children loved the heated roof top pool. Staff was really attentive.

I like the property is beautiful and clean. We could NOT use the POOL because they were fixing it and the 3 days I was there, the pool was not ready. My biggest complaint is that the hotel has a water drainage straight to the OCEAN. Is so sad how Rich/ Business owners are able to CONTAMINATE the ocean and they don't even hide it. Is so sad. I think they can use that water to water plants instead.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the food was simply delicious! Every moment spent there was nothing short of fantastic. But the cherry on top? The breathtaking views from the restaurant, rooftop, swimming pool,and our rooms were truly mind-blowing! Nestled in an incredibly beautiful location, the hotel is just a quick 15-minute drive from the stunning Valle de Guadalupe. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to go back!

Parking attended seated if we left at night, we were not guaranteed a parking space in the designated area. Check-in closes at 10 PM. Make sure to arrive before then. There’s lots of loose and moldy wood pieces by the pool area however, nice ocean view temperature a pool delightful restaurant bar area by the pool is closed on Sundays. The free breakfast was gland for being in Mexico.
