"Hotel's free shuttle to New Chitose airport (after check-out) was an unexpected surprise. It left right on time, just like the country's trains. It got us there in about 15 mins. Saved a lot of travel headaches. The front desk staff's English was limited and my Japanese is even worse, but we managed to communicate ok. Hotel should consider using a language translation device as I have seen in other hotels and carcrental outlets."

The room had splashes of something on the wall beside the bed, the teacups provided were both dirty, and the place overall felt dingy."
