"Room wasn’t ready when we were trying to check in. The room we got finally, the shade was broken, the sinks were clogged, there was no hot water, there was dirty towels hanging on the shower rod. There were crushed pretzels next to the bed. No pool towels. This place was a disaster. "

The thermostat was not attached fully to the wall and the toilet seat was not screwed down on one side. The overall cleanliness of the room was okay, but the hotel overall could use some updates and repairs. "

I had to be away from my husband during the day for a conference. River and Shay made sure to keep an eye on him and let him know all he had to do was call the front desk and they would come to him to help in any way, should he need it. This helped me to do my work and not worry the whole day. These young people take pride in their work and I hope you all take pride in them!"
