"This is a most impressive hotel with welcoming and professional staff, lovely rooms and a superb breakfast (it's a long time since I've had a fried egg in a hotel breakfast buffet). The room was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed and also with very good blackout blinds. As mentioned, there is no car parking on site, but the municipal car park is a minute's walk away and is safe and inexpensive (there is also a shopping centre car park a five-minute walk away). "Very nice Hotel/Gastehaus with helpful folks. The breakfast was simply outstanding! The location was excellent for access to Neuschwanstein Castle and Zugspitze and the whole area is stunning. They recommended a fantastic local restaurant (Alina Restaurant) that is top notch too. My only suggestion would be to have a community simple kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator as we like to have a cup of hot tea or a glass of wine in the evening and we had the ingredients but no fridge or way...
