Excellent central location in the heart of the city, in a beautiful historic building with elegant, stylish interiors. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with an excellent selection. Great additional facilities, including a sauna, gym, and convenient underground parking. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Room was very hot but that is normal for Europe so i did not hate them for it however it was hard for me to sleep. Staff was very kind but could not accommodate us with a double/queen bed so we had those annoying two twin beds together….. it was a good stay otherwise. Did not use the onsite sauna.

Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast buffet, extremely friendly and helpful staff. All amenities are close by. Füssen railway station is a 2-3 minute walk. City of Neuschwanstein castle. Absolutely beautiful sights and surroundings. Will definitely return.

Great place for a stay in Fussen. Hotel rooms were large and clean and staff were very friendly. They have easy underground parking and lots of restaurants in close walking distance with traditional Bavarian food.

We had a wonderful time! The hotel and staff were a delight! We enjoyed our stay at the Luitpoldpark Hotel. It was convenient to the train/bus station and the old town. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Germany.

The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful, they made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very nice and clean with a beautiful view. Breakfast was vast and delicious with a various selection of local/international cuisine. Definitely coming back.

Room Security & Safety: The most disturbing part of our stay occurred around 8:30–9:00 PM. While we were in bed in our pajamas, an unknown man unlocked and opened our door. He quickly apologized and backed out when he saw the room was occupied. Having an occupied room unlocked from the outside is a massive security failure; room access control is severely compromised. Front Desk & Füssen Card: Check-in took over 30 minutes simply waiting behind a group having an extended casual chat with the staff member. When I finally reached the desk, I requested our Füssen Card (which provides free transit to Neuschwanstein and local discounts). The clerk refused to hand it over, stating it wouldn't be ready until morning. When I returned the next morning, nothing was prepared; staff acted bothered and took their time before reluctantly generating the card. Room Comfort & Amenities: - Climate: There is no air conditioning in the rooms. - Internet: Wi-Fi is essentially non-functional. Speed tests showed download speeds capped under 1 Mbps (0.97 Mbps). Given the security breach and poor service standard, we would not return or recommend this hotel.

Bed quite comfortable and room was big enough and well furnished. There was no kettle or tea making facilities, just a small bottle of water. There was no information in the room except for a QRcode that didn’t work because the Wi-Fi was very poor to non- existent.

Can’t recommend this place enough!! The reception staff were wonderful, and it’s right next to train station and bus stop for the castles. Also a short walk to Old Town, which is worth a day of its own. Hope to stay again some day.

Very clean, nice staff, very conveniently located in the town center, walkable to bus stops. If you park at the garage, you get a free Fussen Card which can give you free bus (and more) rides to the Neuschwanstein and even discounted admission tickets. Beds are very very comfy too!
