This is an excellent hotel with very helpful and efficient staff. It is very well located close to public transport and funiculars, as well as many restaurants and cafes. The free transport card available to guests who spend more than one night at the hotel is a great idea. We were able to visit other towns close by such as St. Moritz and Samedan. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast and our room was spotless. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were amazing, spa and pool were fantastic. Rooms fitted with quality fixtures. View was impressive from dining room, bar etc. very close to ST MORITZ station walking distance. Amazing utilization of tech in lift and room services. Room gifts were also exceptional. Would loved to have spent more time here!

We had a wonderful 15 night stay at the Hotel Mueller in Pontresina. Our room was lovely with very comfortable beds, plenty of storage and windows looking out to the mountains. Our bathroom was spacious and kept very clean. The breakfasts had a good variety, plentiful supplies and we especially enjoyed the excellent local cheeses and meats. Staff were always helpful but not intrusive - there when needed for ideas and advice. The location is great - a few minutes walk to Pontresina Post bus stop...

Amazing place to stay. I highly recommend this gorgeous traditional hotel. Fabulous food and service and very reasonable. The spa area was divine. Room and bed very comfortable. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

We have travelled through Europe for the past 4 weeks and stayed in some pretty impressive big name hotels along the way, but nothing compared to this. The staff are brilliant. They went out of their way to make our time at Nira Alpina the best possible, from the moment we met the lovely gentleman at the train station for our transfer to the moment we were dropped off at the station to go home. We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Kronenhof! The hotel has an amazing history and great old world glamour. The rooms are spacious and the amenities and spa were top notch. By far the biggest plus at the hotel were the staff. The were all exceptional and really warm. They offered great recommendations and Daniel the concierge was a standout.

We absolutely loved this hotel. A complimentary shuttle picks you up from the train station. You receive a welcome glass of bubbly or juice. We booked two massages (last minute) which were excellent. View from rooftop bar was simply stunning. Evening turn down service was a lovely touch. Buffet breakfast was substantial and very fresh. Staff were excellent - attentive and friendly. Would stay again and totally recommend.

This boutique hotel was built in 1856, has most of the original character but with modern ensuite bathrooms installed in the spacious rooms. It is located within easy walking distance (with luggage) from the Poschiavo train station and right on the lovely town square. Our welcome was warm and friendly.
