"Nice hotel"

"Lovely historic hotel. A bit tired in some areas. House keeping staff were very helpful and friendly. Assistant manager was excellent. Very professional and friendly, thank you Linc. Great location in central Ballarat. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was most enjoyable, nice dining room. Prompt friendly service from the waitress. Some rooms are very small, so be aware of this when booking. "
