"Comfy bed. Strange wind blowing noise in the room all night. Didn’t sound like the heater/coolerAC. It wasn’t irritating, almost came off like white noise. Just odd."

"Stayed the night before flying out of LAX. The hotel had all you could ask for. Clean rooms, airport shuttle runs every 30minutes, and the breakfast was fantastic (eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, juices and most importantly coffee). Location also has an In-and-out, grocery story, and lots of other places to eat right across the street. The beds weren’t super comfortable but they were good enough. Pool was heated and clean and they had fresh towels at the pool. I would absolutely stay there again. "

"The biggest issue I had was the water in the room don’t work correctly. I notified the front desk and they sent someone to fix it, but it wasn’t fixed. The shower would turn completely off while I was in it. The sink faucet wouldn’t release water when you turned the nozzle on. The toilet wouldn’t flush everytime you tried to flush it. They definitely need to do something about their plumbing. "

"Lots of hidden charges, $60 if you park in their garage EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE, the property information states they are “pet friendly” but do not have adequate areas for dogs to do their business, and they charge $75 pet fee despite not having facilities to manage them. They also charge you a $150 deposit and say it will take 5 days to go back to your account, I have little hope that they will return my deposit at all, even tho we left no mess, my dog is well trained, and we stayed only 1 night. The room was ok, blankets are terrible, the hallway carpet smells of mist and urine."
