"Convenient location. The hotel is right across from Chijmes and Raffles City, so you can take the MRT from Changi to City Hall. It's also within walking distance of 4 other MRT stations as well as several bus stops. The room itself was clean and decently sized. The bed was a bit hard, but otherwise comfortable enough."

"Our stay at The Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is beautifully appointed, with elegant rooms that live up to the Ritz reputation. The art collection throughout the property was a real delight and added a unique character to the stay. Two standout highlights were Colony Coffee and the Republic Bar. Both offered excellent quality, great ambience, and consistently warm service. We also hosted a few friends during our visit and had a lovely time with good food, laughter, and attentive staff taking care of us. The only part that felt a little below Ritz standard was the taxi and arrivals assistance. Staff at the driveway seemed a bit unresponsive at times, which is unusual compared to the high level of service I’ve experienced at other Ritz properties. This didn’t overshadow the stay, but it was noticeable. Beyond that, the hotel delivered a refined, comfortable and memorable experience. The rooms were superb, the team inside the hotel was excellent, and the overall stay was truly enjoyable. I would gladly return."
