"Property is stunning! Room is super clean and spacious. If you are looking to go to Oia or Thira rent a car! Ubers are like 40+ euro either way so even though this property is reasonably priced for the island you will pay hundreds for cab rides. We basically had the whole villa to ourselves though which was awesome and the pool was very nice. Would 100% recommend if you are looking to stay away from the “touristy” spots. "I encountered several issues during my stay at the villa. The description and photos provided were inaccurate; the villa was advertised as having a sea view, but the actual view was of deteriorating buildings with no sea in sight. Additionally, the oven in the villa proved difficult to operate. I reached out to the "hello assistant" via WhatsApp for assistance, but did not receive a response until 24 hours later, with an explanation that WhatsApp was not functioning properly. "Sublime Villas was exactly what we expected from when booking. It offered a quiet and relaxing way to end our vacation in a small village with restaurants, stores and beaches all within walking distance. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with activity suggestions. Everything you could need for cooking was available as well. What a wonderful place to stay!!"

"If you're looking for the perfect balance of comfort, location, and genuine hospitality while visiting Santorini, Patina Vivera Estate is the place to be. "The host Sofia was so warm and kind. She offered our children a complimentary breakfast (pancakes) their favorite and delicious fruits. I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again. The only issue was getting use to figuring out how to close the door, requiring a little skill. "

"The hotel is in a great location that’s quieter than Fira and Oia, but still beautiful and near so many great restaurants. We loved the beautiful views from our balcony and the pool to cool off in. The hotel staff were so amazing! They went out of their way to accommodate my wife’s food allergies when providing breakfast. They also recommended restaurants, coordinated airport transfers, booked our catamaran cruise, and were so friendly! We would definitely stay here again. "

"All we can say is that everything was magnificent. The location and views of the Aegean were amazing. We were close to everything we needed. The room was clean and had a private patio with jacuzzi where we could see the Aegean! Lastly the staff was amazing. So kind and friendly and they helped us with everything we needed. I can’t recommend the absolute Bliss enough. 10 stars!!"
