"I was a little disappointed. We were in a Queen size room. The bathroom toilet was immediately next to the wall with zero elbow room the the right and a wall with a metal towel holder maybe 2 feet in front. It was a safety issue. I’m 5’1 and still hit my head on the towel rack. I am surprised the room passed inspection. Also, the tv is next to the bed and not in front of it so relaxing in bed with a movie was not an option. The room was clean and the hotel was clean. The elevators are slow and you do need to wait some time for the crowds at the elevator. Location was nice, but I would not book the Omni again."

"The manager is fine , they were helpful, nice, and understanding. However, two of the front desks were rude, not polite, and they didn't help me at all, even when I asked for early check in, he made me wait for 4 hours outside the hotel, or else I had to pay 30 dollars for three hours, he didn't even give me one hour early check in, the manager apologized and told me she would talk to him, other front desk, when I told her there was no hot water in the room, she was so rude to me and moved me to another room with funny smell and no microwave, when I asked here to change the room again via the phone , she hang up on me without a response, I had to come down again and relocate myself. The hotel is fine, but the treatment other rhan the manager was awful."

"The positives were staff was fine . The property is shabby at best would have thought Wyndham could do better . Breakfast was meager compared to other free breakfast hotels. The bed was fine and the tv worked so that’s a positive. No elevator office not connected to rooms. Would not stay again "

"The breakfast area was too small..a few small round tables, 1 long rectangular table. Where the breakfast items were, was also way too small. People were almost colliding with one another going to the wafflemaker, the toaster, the juice dispenser, and the egg and quiche platter. A much bigger layout is necessary where things are spread out. "

"All features mentioned on their profile are not true. They said they offer airport shuttle and WiFi, however there is no WiFi and no airport shuttle. They offered me the second floor, however no elevator, I had to carry my luggage on the stairs myself with no assistance from the staff. They said they offer breakfast, however they offered just cereal and milk. Extremely poor breakfast. The hotel name is Quality In, however it is the worst quality service that hotel would offer. I highly recommend disqualify this hotel and remove it from Expedia page"

"Okay - let’s start with - ITS CHEAP and you get what you pay for. Really - it’s as basic as possible but if economy is your priority then it’s fine. It’s located close to the airport has lots of parking. Clean enough and safe. "
