"Icemaker on the 3rd floor (our floor) was not working. AC/Heating(?) unit made noises in the night. Room was big and clean. Area around hotel is great. "

"The room was clean and well maintained. The AC unit worked well and was quiet. The bathroom is small but well laid out and the shower is well designed. The only (BIG) disappointment was the water flow from the sink. There was almost NO water — a tiny trickle. It made it hard to brush teeth or wash my face. The maid service was excellent. The front desk is good, especially a gentleman named DeAngelo, who is a gem: quietly in charge and competent. The location is of course excellent. This will be my go-to hotel in DC."
