"Archer Ave is a major thoroughfare so there was considerable traffic noise. The price was reasonable and the room seemed clean with one standout exception- I found two small cockroaches (5/8” long x 1/8” wide) running around in the bathroom area the morning after my first night’s stay. They appeared to come out of the wall at the frame of the bathroom door. After killing those two I didn’t see any more for that evening or next morning before I departed. "The entire motel is going thru a remodeling, which is much needed. My room had just the very basics. I would have appreciated a closet or wardrobe, or just a rod to hang up some of my clothes. The toilet needs a new seat and the tub a resurfacing of some kind or replacement. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I paid a relatively low price and got what I paid for."
