"Our family has stayed here two years in a row and plan to return. Rental is very clean, comfy beds, and close to beach. Bedrooms all have their own bathrooms, which is helpful for a larger family. Private neighborhood with no rifraf."

"Our family schedules overlap only a couple of times a year. Whenever we take a trip together, we want it to be special. The most important factors are no stress, ease of access, great communication, and cleanliness. This property checked all boxes. The hot tub was awesome, the golf cart added a special touch, and we loved driving through nearby communities. The beach, creamery, and food were all within walking distance for our family. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Would highly recommend!"

"It was just my husband and myself that stayed here. We booked last minute and got a great deal. The house was very clean. Plenty of towels. Rooms were a nice size. Beds were in good shape. This is a good location. The house backs up to a beautiful wooded area with a trail. The bikes were in good shape and the golf cart was perfect!! We took it to dinner and the beach with no problems. I’m not sure how this neighborhood will be during the busy summer months. The pool area was very nice and clean. The only big complaint I had was the kitchen and supplies. Definitely could use a few more things to cook in and utensils. Bring all your spices and condiments. Also, as mentioned in a few other posts. They do not have a tv in every bedroom. That did not bother us at all though. Plenty to see and do. I would stay here again but probably in the off season like this time."

"Overall the places was pretty clean. There were definitely some bugs which is pretty icky but other than that it was good. The couch wasn’t the most comfortable but do able. The bedroom was definitely small, small closet (our suitcase wouldn’t fit so we had to use what space we could in the bedroom for our suitcase), small bed, small tv. But honestly, we were not in the room a lot. We were on the beach most of our time. It was great for that sort of thing. The porch was cute to have coffee in the mornings or a snack break from the beach. We would stay here again."

"This is a perfect unit for one or two people. It was quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed watching the wildlife from the window. I had zero cell reception, which was inconvenient. I was working on this trip. The internet was mostly stable, but I was unable to call an Uber, so I had to text someone else to do that for me. Gate code to the beach/boardwalk did not work."
