"Absolutely Fantastic Stay! The pool was amazing (super large, never crowded and very clean restrooms, By having a pool table right in the living room made the house so much fun for everyone. The farmhouse kitchen table was great for eating and playing games (some are provided). The golf cart was an added bonus and made getting around so easy (we explored many places on 30A). The beds was incredibly compfortable and the temperature in the house was just right the entire time. This was the first mutli-level floor VRBO that we have stayed in that the upper floors were pleasant to sleep in. Also, the baby items were very useful and we were completely comfortable using them because they were in great condition. Parking three cars with the golf cart was a bit tricky but not much could be done to improve these considering the property is on a cul da sac. The owner's communication was absolutely spot-on - responsive, helpful and made everything so easy from start to finish. We had the pleasure of meeting him when he stopped to check on us. There were a couple of minor hickups but they were immediately addressed. We couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. Highly recommend this property - you won't regret booking it!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good property. The location was great and the use of the bikes were good. The house was very poorly cleaned when we arrived. Crushed goldfish on the rugs and the floors were dirty. The kitchen was not stocked well compared to other places we have, but if you eat out most of the time it is fine. Having the pool was great and the neighborhood was super quiet. Overall it was fine for our family for a quick trip to the beach."

"The location is ideal for families. Walking distance to some great restaurants including fresh seafood at Goat Feathers. Beach view is amazing. Amenities provided all we needed for three families including three small children. Kitchen well stocked for all our cooking needs. Lisa our host was very responsive to our inquiries and offered great recommendations for restaurants. We enjoyed pizza from Fat Daddys, delicious seafood from Goat Feathers, and closed the week with Pizza by the Sea. You are very close to a Publix. There are plenty of chairs and beach toys for kiddos. We brought a tent and enjoyed the private beach away from large crowds. Though condo is dated we highly recommend. Would stay again!"

"Clean rooms! Perfect access to the pool, literally 20 steps to the pool. Loved the private beach access which was just across the street. Loved being close to the shops and restaurants too. We could walk! I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!"
