"30 Seahorse exceeded every expectation for our sisters’ weekend on 30A. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully appointed. The four king suites gave each of us our own beautiful space, and even the bunk room was cozy and comfortable with great mattresses. Nobody drew the short straw!The location is perfect. Beach access was a short walk away and the wagon, golf cart, and beach chairs made every trip to the sand effortless. The pool was absolutely perfect and we spent hours there too.One small note: our group accidentally hit a button that affected the water temperature, so just familiarize yourself with the controls when you arrive. Totally our mistake and nothing that impacted our overall experience. Any issues, just message owners.We loved every minute of this trip and this home was a huge part of why. Can’t recommend it highly enough. We’re already talking about coming back!"

"TLDR; Misleading listing. First floor fully visible from outside at night even with blinds down. No window coverings. Left immediately. Host and Vrbo refused refund—only resolved through credit card dispute.We did not stay and left immediately upon arrival due to a serious privacy and safety issue not reflected in the listing.At night, with lights on and blinds fully down, the entire first floor is clearly visible from outside. From the driveway, we could see the layout, furniture, and even kitchen appliances. The main living area was fully exposed to anyone outside and the neighbors directly across. This was not apparent from the listing photos.We went inside briefly to check for additional coverings and found none—no curtains or anything usable on the first floor. There were curtains upstairs, which shows awareness of privacy concerns, but that same standard was not applied to the main living area.We did not bring any belongings inside and left within minutes to find other accommodations.The biggest issue was the response afterward. We immediately contacted the host and Vrbo, provided photos, and explained the situation. Despite clear evidence and acknowledgment from a Vrbo rep that the main level was clearly visible, the host refused to issue a refund. The only way we recovered our money was through a credit card dispute.If you choose to stay and encounter an issue requiring a refund, be aware that resolving it may be difficult and not guaranteed."

"There are so many things we loved about this home. The overall space is beautiful and perfect for 16 people, the location is unmatched (close to the beach and restaurants) and the size of the pool and backyard space was incredible for hanging out. Communication with Kim was also easy and fast. The only downside is that there are a few maintenance/cleanliness things that could be done to make the property even better."
