"It was the perfect house for a girls trip to celebrate my 40th. We had to reschedule with Jeff due to one of the girls having a death in the family and he made it very easy for us to do that. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was perfect for night time hang outs."

"There are so many things we loved about this home. The overall space is beautiful and perfect for 16 people, the location is unmatched (close to the beach and restaurants) and the size of the pool and backyard space was incredible for hanging out. Communication with Kim was also easy and fast. The only downside is that there are a few maintenance/cleanliness things that could be done to make the property even better."

"This house was one of the best homes we've stayed in. It had everything you would need and more! The home was super clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing that would have made it better was if the home were on the beach, but with the bikes and golf cart, getting there was no issue at all. It was nice to throw everything on the golf cart and take a short trip down the road. The neighborhood was really nice and far enough away from the crowds, but you can take the golf cart to Seaside if you want to be in the mix of it all. Just out the back door is a nature trail if you wish to walk or bike in the woods. So much to do and you can't beat the beach! Would love to come back sometime!"
