"The property is just as advertised. In fact, we found the lounge/ kitchen area to be bigger than we thought from the pics and 7 of us sat around quite happily. We parked at New Market car park and this was only 46.00 for 4 nights. The bedrooms contained only beds...no hanging space. Some were more comfortable than others. The rooms were clean, spacious and well stocked with tea coffe etc. and great to have a fridge in the room with bottle water. Great having proper milk in a bottle it is was a great addition. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Food was superb in the restaurant and breakfast room"

"I stayed in a Club Double which was well maintained and had the usual facilities for a 3 star hotel. I didn't use the gym but the swimming pool and spa facilities were easy to use and most pleasant. Close to the station, bus interchange and to the centre of Chester whilst not being right in the middle. The buffet breakfast was OK for a 3 star hotel but the quality of the coffee could be improved!"
