"The cabin was perfectly tucked in the mountains where you can watch the sunrises and sunsets on this beautiful horse farm. Kathleen was so sweet and answered any emails within minutes. Downtown Boone was about 2 miles down the mountain. We are looking forward to going back!!"

"We had a wonderful weekend at the Lookout Loft! The tiny home was well kept and very clean. They had everything we needed to cook with and we were impressed by the versatility of the space. When we did have a question, the host was very helpful and responsive. The surrounding property was beautiful and we loved how the host allows guests to walk the farm. We hope to come back!"

"The cabin was exactly as described. I particularly appreciated the privacy and sense of being alone. The cabin was comfortable and had all the necessities for cooking. I met the owner, Ed, while out walking in his property. A lovely creek runs through the property. He helped me to feel at home and provided great information about local hikes and other points of interest. Great place for solo travelers or small families. "

"Pictures did the property justice. It was very secluded. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get up the driveway. Well stocked kitchen, great TV and solid wi-fi. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly."

"What an amazing trip we had. A much needed mom and daughter vacation and we got to spend 5 days in this beautiful cabin. Everything we needed was there. We each had our own space and bathroom. We loved the rustic cabin feel and spent time relaxing inside as well as on the deck and in the hot tub. Hopefully we can return soon! "

"We had a nice relaxing visit in this Cozy Cabin! The porch door gate was perfect for our dog and we all loved the fire pit and the privacy. The only thing I would recommend is make sure you have 4 wheel drive, even in the spring. The Driveway is quite steep and we needed the 4 Wheel drive to make the turn mid driveway. Other than that, our stay was perfect!"

"We had a wonderful time while staying at the Blue Moon Lodge. The owner was very communicative & made sure we had everything we needed for a cozy stay. Loved the natural light coming from the windows & enjoyed scenic views from inside or from the large outdoor deck. Our family played several rounds of pool & made use of the hot tub too. The house was very clean & the beds were comfy too. The lot provided privacy & we felt safe. Easily made the drive to Boone & Blowing Rock a few times while in town. Thanks so much for this much needed family time! It was just what we needed! "

"The house was perfect for our large family gathering. The children ranging from 3 months to 6 had a blast in playroom, theatre and mini golf. The adults had lots of beautiful nights on the deck admiring the view. So need to watch the slopes with children. House was clean. Great kitchen "
