"I am writing to share my wonderful experience during my stay at your hotel from Hampton Inn (Hilton Honor) for one night. Having stayed here once before, I was pleased to find that the service and quality remain outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the hotel shuttle: Fred, John and other drivers service was punctual and the driver was professional and helpful and they speak English and knowledge. The front desk staff: Fernando and Sally made the check-in process seamless and welcoming, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the entire property. The housekeeping team does an incredible job. The room itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent facilities: swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym equipments, mini store behind the front office and compliment hot tea/coffee etc. I have already recommended Hampton Inn Gateway to my colleagues, and I will definitely be returning for my next trip to the area. "Amanda in green wood village is amazing and that’s why I keep going back cause she has amazing. Great customer service skills always there to help with anything always there to make sure the hotel is representing. It’s best and I think she deserves a raise."

"Staff provided a free bottle of water when I returned the luggage cart. They loaned me a windshield wiper scraper as a large snow storm took place overnight. Tooms were clean and had basic amenities. A fee for breakfast and parking.was a surprise."

"I feel it’s important to note there are no “extras” at this property. Only hot water on the lobby. No continental breakfast. Everything costs extra. But other than that it was a good stay. "
