However, you need to contact them to be let into the gate, and that info was not shared prior to check in. She gave us really good dinner & breakfast recommendations & ensured we settled in well. The place is spotless, spacious & comfortable, good shower pressure, close to absolutely everything, great balcony view of Etna & a maybe 20min walk or quick Metro ride from the railway station.
