"Breakfast was ok , limited in hot foods"

"I love travel and I'm 81. This hotel right by the airport and being only a 7 minute walk to Valdebebas station on the Cercanias train line put me within 12 minutes of Madrid Chamartin Campoamor station where I took three train trips in 6 days in Madrid: Segovia, El Escorial, and Alcalá de Henares to visit the birthplace of Miguel Cervantes creator of Don Quixote. The staff was as good as it gets. Always there to help. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The mini kitchen was not used since I had breakfast every day in the restaurant. The trip to Segovia was on the high speed train. The metro line 1 at Chamartin takes you to El Sol where you can walk the two plazas, visit the market, and see the Royal Palace within minutes. Everything was magical."

"No me gustó que arriba de las habitaciones como que pasa el metro o algo pero el ruido fue durante toda la estadía eso enserio no deja descansar yo no lo recomendaría por este detalle que si afecta"

"The room we stayed in the furnuture required a little TLC. Can't fault the bed for sleeping and the shower. The walls were thiner than expected, so hearing neighbours and guests in the corridoor. The room didn't have a kettle, cups or a facilities to make a hot drink. A plus was the hotel was near to the train station so easy to get into town and airport. Would stay if the noise levels could be resolved and having hot drink facilities are provided."

"Beautiful hotel with shuttle to airport"

"Overall property looks well taken care of and also brand new for an area quite isolated. Quite expensive for a night but very comforting room and amenities. It has room to improve for the shuttle and hopefully the area develos a little bit further to be more connected to the center."

"Air con useless - not working "

"Pros: close to airport; well maintained; outstanding breakfast offering; linited, but very good restaurant. Cons: the shuttle service from the airport is far too infrequent, with frequent scheduled gaps in shuttle service exceeding one hour...arrive at the wrong tine and you'll have a 75 minute wait! I chose to use a taxi which costcan additional €33! I won't use this (otherwise pretty good) airport hotel again unless the shuttle service is improved."
