Very dirty hotel and dirty rooms with no toilet seats. We saw a rat in the reception area and decided we could not stay there. It looks nothing like the photos. It feels more like a prison or insane asylum. We lost money and Hotels.com refunded us less than half what we paid, but I'm surprised it ...

Lovely place, clean and quiet, with nice amenities. Great location near Uxmal — we could see the tops of the pyramids from our balcony! The pool area was terrific, with lots of chairs and hammocks to relax.
