"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. "Die Lage ist unumstößlich super - damit hat es sich mit den Vorteilen auch. Es war schlicht dreckig, die Badezimmer waren nicht okay. Jede Person kann immer in jeden Waschraum und in jedes Stockwerk, es gibt keine Verriegelungen. Ich hatte mich bei der Rezeption beschwert, dort wurde auch zugegeben, dass es gerade in den Waschräumen nicht gut aussieht, aber ließ sich nicht ändern. Ich habe dann nach zwei Tagen ausgecheckt, die Angestellten, mit denen ich gesprochen habe, waren sehr bemüht und...
