"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. "0ur stay in this apartment was 2 weeks in February 2026. Overall we were dissatisfied and felt the description and pictures of the property were overstated. It is very dark inside, particularly the kitchen and the decor overall is outdated. While the view is beautiful, it is on an extremely busy and noisy road. Traffic noise began at 6:30 am with cars accelerating and shifting gears going up the steep hill. Finding parking on the road was extremely difficult particularly on weekends."
