Villa Katara

"Villa Katara is a beautiful 3-storey, modern villa in a very quiet, residential area. It is furnished to a very high standard. The second and third floors have air conditioning in the bedrooms and the open plan kitchen/living area. There is no air conditioning on the ground floor (third and fourth bedrooms and additional open plan kitchen/living area). There are large ceiling fans in all 3 rooms, but these were temperamental in the bedrooms, and we needed to keep the bedroom window or patio door open at night to keep the bedrooms cool. The villa is not suitable for people with mobility problems, due to the spiral staircase between the 2nd and 3rd floors and the steep staircase to the ground floor. The local area is extremely hilly with many steps or steep roads. The villa is situated on a very sharp bend. A car is recommended to get around.The outside space is stunning with a lovely pool, sun beds and a patio area, however, when wet, the patio gets extremely slippery. The pool is not fenced off, and is easily accessible to children. I would definitely recommend this villa, but would suggest it is best suited to groups of adults or families with older children."

"Beautiful, very clean apartment with an amazing ocean view from the balcony. Great communication with the hosts who made sure the apartment is well equipped with everything you need during your stay.Dedicated parking spot on top of the building is appreciated by drivers!thank you for your hospitality!"
