If you watched our family's episode, or are just looking for the perfect vacation rental at Cerritos Beach, you are going to love our Beach Pad. Named for its chill environment and proximity to the safest swimming beach around. The Beach Pad has a relaxing beach vibe with comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, stylish art and beautiful local woodwork.

7B or "The Beach Pad" as we call it, is located in the Puesta Del Sol / Cerritos Sunrise Boutique Resort Community. As soon as you walk into the resort and take in the lush landscaping, you will feel like you have been transported to a seaside desert oasis. The round pool and beautiful surrounding palm trees add to a sense of calm and relaxation. The long lap pool is the perfect place to swim.

In the modern open concept kitchen and living room, you will find a large comfortable sectional couch to stretch out on to watch Netflix on the flat-screen TV. You will also find family-appropriate games, private WiFi, board games, Bluetooth speakers, a charging dock, books, toys, and games.

Cooking for a group is a joy in the fully equipped kitchen with white quartz countertops. The large island is perfect for preparing meals or serving cocktails and drinks to a crowd. Appliances include a full-size refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner gas stove top, blender, citrus press, toaster and dishwasher. Enjoy the water cooler with on-demand hot or cold drinking water.

The master bedroom has a large American king bed with a sliding barn door that leads to a 3 piece private ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. There is a shared full-size bathroom that features a beautiful modern-style walk-in rain shower and river rock shower floors. On the walls are eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers. Deluxe hotel sheets and towels transform the property into a personal oasis.

Head upstairs and spread out on the 1300+ sq. ft. private rooftop deck with expansive views of the amazing Cerritos sunrise, Pacific Ocean, and Sierra De La Laguna Mountains. Relax under the rooftop palapa while reading a great book on the huge sectional sofa. Grill some fresh fish on the BBQ while watching the spectacular Cerritos sunsets. The 8-person picnic table is the perfect spot for family-style meals, games, and arts and crafts. Enjoy an afternoon siesta in the rooftop swing hammock. There are sun loungers for those who want to soak up the rays and a yoga mat for those wanting to advance their practice.

With over 2600+ sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor space to move about, you can be assured that your family or group will feel at home and comfortable for their entire stay. Beach + pool towels, children's beach toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler bag are available for guests to use. We even have a Pack ’n Play/travel crib and high chair for those travelling with little ones.

In Baja, the good life is a simple life. Our main objective is to make your stay with us memorable, get you hooked and keep you coming back for more. From surfing and paddleboarding in the stunning waters of the Pacific; Hiking in the Sierra de la Laguna mountains to visiting the beautiful Sea of Cortez with its world-class scuba diving as well as possibly swimming with whale sharks...the Baja has it all!

GUEST ACCESS
You will be able to access all of the community amenities such as onsite parking, two swimming pools, lounge areas, poolside bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and SUP & surfboard racks.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
To keep things easy, we provide self-check-in with keyless access and have a local property manager a few mins away. 7 days before check-in you will receive an email with a 4-digit access code that will lock/unlock the condo door during your stay. We want to make sure your stay is comfortable so although we won't be on-site, we're only a Phone/Whats App call, text, or email away.

Inside you will find a YourWelcome tablet which enables us to remotely deliver a great hospitality experience for our guests. The tablet is pre-loaded with a welcome video, check-in and check-out procedures, and guides with everything you need to know about the Beach Pad, the local area, the most exciting activities, popular dining spots, and the best beaches.

INTERNET: The Baja Beach Pad has business-level internet as it is perfect for a working holiday. It supports email, browsing, multiple instances of Skype HD Video calls, Zoom conference calling and HD Netflix plus unlimited data download and upload.
