We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade thanks to my Expedia status which made everything even better. Plus we were offered to enjoy our room until it was time for our taxi to pick us up at 3pm which essentially was an extra day of vacation. That made such a difference, I wish more hotels would be flexible like this. "

The hotel manager called the day of arrival to see if we needed anything, which was very helpful, coming from Eastcape that day. "We absolutely loved our stay at The Cove at Cerritos. The views from our patio were incredible, and we were lucky enough to watch whales right from there, which was unforgettable. The place is spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly designed with a lot of thought. The owners truly thought of everything, and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
