"Wasn't sure how the trip was going to go as I received an email the day of our arrival that the oceanfront suite that we booked had maintenance issues. I only book oceanfront wherever I travel so this was a big deal for me. I kindly asked for an acceptable solution & boy did they deliver. I had to stay the first night in a suite behind oceanfront then they moved me the next day to 2 oceanfront studios, 1 for us & 1 for my son. This was a substantially smaller unit but that was less important to me than being oceanfront. They also compensated me financially. This place sure knows good customer service when something doesn't go as planned. The service from everyone at this place was amazing. If I'm back in the area I won't stay anywhere else. The layout of the resort is amazing & location to everything perfect."

"Cerritos is amazing! If you love surfing, Desert Moon is the best place to stay. You can see the waves from your window and step outside right onto the beach. Jaun, the Riptide Bar's bartender was so fun to hang out with and makes the most beautiful margaritas! "

"The location was perfect! Quick drive from Todos Santos. Out of the hustle and bustle of town. Great beach with surfing to warch but beach is very quiet. French doors open to wonderful beachside views and wave sounds. Pool is a plus!! Very cute accomdations!"

The sound of the waves, the peaceful atmosphere, and the natural beauty of the rocky coastline made it a truly serene getaway. One of the highlights was the unique character of the beachfront itself—there’s a mix of soft sand, dramatic rocks, and local wildlife like crabs and small fish in tide pools, which made it feel immersive and special. The property was quiet and felt very private, which we really appreciated. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations that made our stay even better. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing oceanfront retreat with natural charm and excellent hospitality."
