"Lovely rooms, character and charm. Staff was incredibly helpful for anything we needed or had questions about, including many great recommendations for food, bars, etc."
"A wonderful — and very beautiful — boutique hotel with kind and very efficient staff. They spoke English expertly and were eager to help in any way needed. The breakfasts provided were delicious! "This was excellent stay for us. Yes, it’s on a very busy road, but the rooms are tucked in a garden courtyard. The location made it easy to explore neighborhoods we hadn’t seen before. We walked toward El Llano park and has an amazing meal at Elefante Cafe. "
"The hotel itself is fantastic. Room is spacious and clean, staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is amazing. Location is also very good, just a short walk to center of town. Overall we loved the hotel.
The only downside, and frankly this is not something the hotel can do, is that there can be loud thumping music (we were in town during low season) or barking dogs at night around the area where the hotel is. If you’re not as sensitive to noise or a sound sleeper then this probably won’t be an issue. "
"This hotel was great. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Excellent breakfast, beautiful views. The entire vibe is relaxing and wonderful. I must say from the time you check in with the friendly receptionist girls, to the time you check out, is just a really pleasant experience. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Oaxaca. "
"In general everyone in the property was friendly and welcoming, bartender was great very sociable and welcoming, the cleaning staff was awesome, front desk was friendly overall I would stay there again."
