"Great location! Close to downtown. Gorgeous views from every room/suite! Beautiful beach - clear water! not for kids though. Fun activities and beach clubs nearby. Excellent service! Friendly and helpful staff. Really Good food for an all inclusive resort. Every restaurant was either on the beach or had amazing beach views. Can’t wait to go back!! "

"I liked the very spacious room with kitchen facilities and cleanliness. I also liked the complimentary lunch. I liked that the hotel was on the beach, however there were no lounge chairs on the beach like the neighboring estancia and Arco hotels. I don’t know why and I forgot to inquire. The pictures of the del parmar hotel shows beach lounge chairs but in actual fact, there were none. We just sat on the sand with towels. And we were not allowed to sit on estancia or arco’s beach chairs, even though they are part of the villa group. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Breathless Cabo San Lucas! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the marina, with stunning views and easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The beach itself is beautiful, though be aware that it does get deep pretty quickly. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were modern, clean, and offered breathtaking views. A few things to note: unfortunately, the Japanese restaurant was closed during both days of our stay, which was disappointing. I also booked the Xhale Club, which promised a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, but I never received it. Additionally, while the beach beds (specifically the red ones) were included, the poolside beds—even the red ones—required a bottle purchase to use, which was a bit misleading. Overall, it was still a great experience and I’d definitely consider coming back. Just a few small things that could make the experience even better! "

"The property was immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Much quieter at this side of the resort in the evening which we prefer. The food was excellent. Great market on site -very expensive but handy! Felt very safe also."
