"Amazing Our 6th visit I think, only a short visit for 3 days of luxury before moving on to Playa Blanca for a cheap room only deal in our favourite resort. Seaside Los Jameos did not disappoint in any way amazing food and everything so comfortable. Only negative was the weather....not their fault I know... .. but it was a great opportunity to visit Arrecife for a spot of sightseeing and as its only a 10 min taxi drive so doable at anytime and worth the short trip on a cooler day."

"Were pleasantly surprised with the junior suite size and with amenities in the room. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at any hotel abroad and I’ve been to a few. Staff couldn’t of been more helpful if they had tried. Think we will definitely return within the year.!"

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, which made a big difference to our experience. The food was very good, with a nice variety and great quality. The spa was also wonderful, very relaxing and well equipped, making it a perfect place to unwind. We also really enjoyed the cocktails at the bar, which were delicious and well prepared. Overall, we truly loved our stay, felt very comfortable throughout, and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily come back again."

"Love this hotel, it's my 10th stay. The hotel is good for families and couples. The kids club and entertainment is away from the accommodation and there is an adult only pool. Beautifully kept gardens,some pools are heated. "

"The hotel is really nice and is disabled friendly. There is step free access into the pool as well. The hotel is situated right on the beach with bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk if that away. Would definitely stay here again"

"How this is rated 5 star, I will never know. Rooms are average, food is sub prime. The worst are the staff who are really not friendly and so begrudging to have to help you out."

"Great place to stay in Lanzarote! Spacious and luminous junior suite, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom, nice terrace. Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here. Really recommended! "
