"The Gardens are beautiful with lush greenery, many water features and a back door onto the promenade, a Mini Golf area, several swimming pools, fish pond, a couple of cafes and a multitude of sun loungers. you are bound to feel relaxed in such salubrious surrounds"

"I stayed at this hotel on a half-board basis and overall felt it was good value for money. The food was buffet style. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and at dinner there was always enough variety to find something to eat. The only downside was that some of the hot dishes could occasionally be a little lukewarm. The complex itself is quite large, with several smaller pools as well as a bigger main pool. It’s also possible to walk from the hotel down to the beachfront, which is convenient if you want to eat out or explore the area. The rooms include a small kitchen area with a fridge, which was really useful for keeping drinks and snacks. My room had a balcony, although it didn’t get much direct sunlight as it was north facing, so it wasn’t ideal for drying swimwear. There is also a self-service laundry on site with two washers and two dryers, which was simple and convenient to use. The staff were hardworking, always present around the complex, and helpful whenever needed. There is also bicycle hire within the complex offering a great range of bikes. The staff there were very helpful, offering advice on various cycling routes around the area. They were professional, friendly, and seemed to be experienced cyclists themselves, which made it easy to get good local recommendations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt the hotel offered good value for the price"

"We’ve just returned from a 7-night stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. As a vegan couple, we were especially pleased to find dedicated vegan menu options, which made dining easy and enjoyable throughout our stay. Puerto Calero, just nearby, is a lovely marina area with great scenery and a calm atmosphere — perfect for a stroll or a sunset drink. We did have a small room service issue during our stay, but once we raised it, the team handled it promptly and professionally. Being an adults-only resort makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind, and the nightly shows provide great entertainment without disrupting the tranquil atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa for couples seeking relaxation, great service, and a memorable stay."

"Spacious room, clean and tidy. Towels changed after 3 days. Good quality pool towels (pay deposit). Friendly staff, nice pool bar, with bar snacks. Nice pool area with ample sunbeds. Two pools plus kid's pool and playground. Separate bar with music open in the evening. "

"Loved our stay, had a great week. Rooms cleaned daily bar one day, pools lovely, great location and friendly helpful staff. Only things that could have been improved were the pillows weren’t good and bedding could have been changed more than once. With having toddlers there was a lot of sand in the beds by the end of the week. "
