"The hotel was great! Staff are amazing. There is always water in the room. You will have to ask for face cloths as they are not in the room, but they will bring them very quickly. The drinks at the pool bar and beach are a great size and taste compared to other resorts. The view and pool sold us on the hotel. But the staff and hospitality will keep us coming back. "

"Room and resort was spotless, staff were courteous. We had an electrical issue and the blender wasn’t working, the front desk staff attended to us immediately, fixed it and provided us with a new blender. The only issue we had were people putting towels on beds early for the day with very few people using them. They were even securing beds on the beach as well as by the pool. Why?! They can only occupy one bed at a time!! Fortunately we were able to get beds at the beach every day."

"The hotel is older but spotless! The staff were welcoming. Our room was facing the ocean. The room was large and had a full size fridge. The beds were firm but very comfortable. We booked the room with breakfast which was very convenient. This is not a five star resort but we were extremely happy with the hotel. It was nice to see Mexican people enjoying the hotel and ocean! "
