"Clean room, helpful staff"

"The staff is very friendly. As we were late check in, and the buffet was ending in 40 minutes, the staff helped to arranged the simple check in and let us enjoy our dinner first. Also, I left my glasses in the hotel on the last day when I was on the way to the airport. I called the receptionist and she was very helpful. She suggested and helped me to call a cap to pick up my glasses from the hotel and send us to the airports. Same as other comments that the hotel is a bit dated but it was expected. Didn’t see much comment about the food. It’s all inclusive hotel, so you can enjoy the drink and food nearly 24 hours 😆. You will find different types of food every day. They also arranged a Xmas buffet on the Xmas day, which was out of my expectations and the kids enjoyed a lot and wanted to start there forever. the hotel have two more restaurants other than the main one, which required to book in advance. As I noticed too late and can’t try all of them. I would recommend the mandarin cursine as the Spanish cruisne is same as the main one basically… We would definitely recommend and come again for next trip. "

"Great hotel. Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help. We went "preferred" which gave us access to a minibar with beer, soft drinks and crisps while also had access to a snack room with sandwiches and other snacks - this was great value for money. Rooms were a good size, shower was superb and lovely pool area. We would def come here again."

"Apartment complex was lovely, basic, needs a little TLC in some areas but this did not ruin our stay. Cleaners and workers always on the go, busy and very polite. Cafe/Bar next to the pool was ideal and good value for money."

"I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. We will definitely be back Elliot Gentles"

"Brilliant staff, great breakfast. Beautiful hotel and spotless. Only 1 small gripe was that WiFi in pool side rooms was really poor and TV would lose signal at times but bearable. "
