Great 'winter sun' break destination.

Staff were welcoming, efficient. Cleaners were helpful and always friendly. Breakfast choices were extensive. Gluten Free items were available. Convenient for town restaurants and the beach. There was a sense of being looked after in all aspects of the stay. El Cotillo as a town felt safe.

Great holiday 4.5 star

spotlessly clean, staff worked so hard. Food was delicious at both breakfast and dinner, great selection. Much improved after last stay. Pool bar and main Resturant decor eas lovely. All in all a brilliant holiday would deffinatley return. Only slight negative was that the pool was too cold.

Review of our stay at Coral cotillo beach : Positives - Restaurant Staff: The staff were nice and friendly. - Breakfast: The breakfast was lovely, variety of pastries and eggs, fruit and veg on offer -Bus System: The local bus system was reliable, making it easier to reach nearby towns - Beach is under 5min from hotel BUT it is very rocky and there is no direct access to the water and barely any sand -Restaurants and small shops in El Cotillo all within comfortable walking distance from hotel Negatives: - No Wifi on Smart TV: The TV had no internet access and one could only access local channels which is not convenient for international guests - The telephone in the room didn’t work so reception couldn’t be contacted - Room Cleanliness: The room was dirty and rather dusty, with syringe caps found on the bathroom floor. - Buffet Hygiene:Guests were taking food with their bare hands at the buffet and there was no staff to supervise. - The majority of guests were elderly, which is not ideal if you’re under 40 and just generally looking for a fun and lively hotel experience - Rooms not soundproof: noise in the corridors from other guests could be heard - Unwelcoming Environment for Kids/Teenagers: The hotel felt like a retirement home with an emphasis on quiet, we witnessed guests being unfriendly toward younger visitors who were swimming - Pool Issues: The pool wasn’t heated, and there were random people from the public using it.

Nice but boring.

Overpriced. Small hotel rooms with inadequate clothes storage. Made worse when a childs bed added with 10cm gap. Old bedding and pillows. Mattress topper on old beds that fails to fix crushed side edge. Half hearted refurb. Black taps etc in bathroom. Painted grey stripe on tiles around narrow beds. Fridge not integrated into desk housing which impacts into the room's minimal space. The desk either has missing door or fixed shut. Restaurant food, good variety but luke warm. Entertainment lacking as 2 bars closed. Our 3 children 9, 13 and 15 were bored. The children's playground was hidden behind the football area, outdoor gym and near rubbish skips. The Indoor gym was a good standard. Many ground floor 'pool view' rooms were blocked by shrubs and trees. Bay view rooms outlook is an active building site or the back of a newly built hotel. We liked the hotel policy of not reserving sunbeds with towels.This enabled everyone the chance of the comfortable double cushioned sunbeds. Ample free towels for use at the beach and pool use.

We loved the pool area which was well maintained. The breakfast was fine and plenty of choice. Rooms are good size however, our air conditioning didn’t work but we were only there 3 days . Shame roof bar not open . We have stayed several times as always good value for money . Marco and his colleagues on reception have always been really pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in little cozy town with great beach

Nice hotel with nice rooms. The view: Nothing special to the pool side, as it is like an enclosed courtyard where you can see over to the other rooms. I don't think the sea view from the side is better because of a lot of traffic and new construction. The beach and the town: An incredibly small, cozy town with a lot of ongoing new construction. The beach was pretty incredible when it wasn't windy. The breakfast: Incredibly good croissant and also the omelet really good. Otherwise the even usual standard

Fantastic hotel in a great location

We stayed 3 night's and have a wonderful trip. The location is perfect for both the beaches and the towns restaurants. Bee opted for Bed and breakfast and the food was excellent. Always plenty of choice, food was hot, dining room staff were so friendly. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor tables and we didnt have to wait or queue for long at all. The poolside was clean with lots of sunbeds and shaded areas. The pool was clean and well looked after. The room we had (2259) was a superior room overlooking the pool with a small balcony with a bistro set to sit out at night. The room had good air conditioning and ceiling fan too. There was a small fridge, coffee machine and a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. The bed was 2 singles pushed together to make a big double and was very comfortable. There was a safe in the room which we paid to use and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom had a bath with shower over which was really powerful and the hotel supplied shower gel and hand wash. The room was checked daily and bed made. Towels changed once at our request. Beach towels are also supplied. We had a fantastic time and look forward to returning soon in the future. We highly recommend it too.

Trotz Bautätigkeit kann man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen. Zimmer zum Pool sind die Voraussetzungen. Das Restaurant bietet eine Vielzahl von Speisen an, so dass jeder etwas schmackhaftes findet. Das Essen ist von guter Qualität. Der Pool ist nicht zu überbieten. 50 Meter bahnen möglich.

Super, l’hôtel est bien entretenu, bien placé, l’accueil est chaleureux. Ottima struttura vicino al mare e pochi km se si vuole un po' di movidac in 20 min auto si é a Corralejo, si trova facilmente parcheggio in vero punto di forza personale alla reception sempre disponibile a dare indicazioni e suggerimenti anche in lingua italiana, vale lo stesso anche per lo staff pulizia e ristorante per tutto lo staff il voto é 10

Un posto bellissimo nel cuore del bellissimo paese di El Cotillo, la pulizia e’ impeccabile in tutta la struttura non si vedere un capello fuori posto. Colazione fantastica super assortita e molto qialitativa. Torneremo sicuramente in questa bellissima Struttura. BRAVI!!!
