"We were very satisfied with our stay at Viva Miches. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked well. The restaurants were great — the buffet had different themes each day, and there are four additional restaurants on site. We were able to book the Mediterranean and Atlantic restaurants, and both were very enjoyable. A special thank you to Daniel and Deivi at the Atlantic restaurant — they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We also did a kayaking trip and my son loved it. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful. The bars had plenty of drink options, and overall the food and amenities exceeded our expectations. My son even said he wants to come back someday. If I had to suggest improvements, it would be nice if the swimming pool hours were extended a bit later, and adding photos of the menu items at the à la carte restaurants could help guests know what to expect. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!"
