Clean large bright nice rooms and bathrooms with hot water. Basic breakfast is excellent. Clean towels and rooms are cleaned everyday with new fresh towels. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 5 min walk from the main pier and downtown restaurant. Good value for price and location.

This place is amazing!!! The staff was great and the amenities are top! The hot tub is open all day! Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel. We will definitely recommend it to friends. We stayed at the dock house and it was unbelievable, just make sure the propane tank for the hot tub is connected ...
