"Gave the hotel 5 stars but can see why people give lower. Needs a major renovation. Plug sockets didn't work, tv broke etc but we was never in to nake it a problem."

"I had a wonderful time here. The environment was nice, with a quiet, beautiful golf field view and decent swimming pools nearby. The stuff was friendly, attentive and helpful. They even prepared a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine for my birthday when I didn’t mention anything about it. I bought the half board package, which includes 2 buffets a day. The foods were good and were slightly different day to day. I am very happy with the stay here and I definitely will recommend it to other people interested to go to Tenerife. "

"Everything was near perfect from spacious, clean and comfortable room to the large swimming pool allways with plenty of sunbed availability.When i arrived for my 8 night stay, reception staff informed me i would need to move to a different apartment next day for the remaining 7 nights but when i informed them this would be a little inconvenient for me, they compensated me with free wifi and upgraded me free from room only to bed and breakfast.a nice touch"
