"Lovely stay at Alexande Gala. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of space at the pool, although sadly some people would claim their spots early and not appear until the afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful, had an issue with being overcharged on checkout but this was later resolved. Food was OK, a good range but not always to my taste or very warm. Spa was lovely on an overcast day. Central location, just off the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants very nearby. Great spot to go for a walk to Costa Adeje or Los Cristianos. Only advice is to keep an eye on what you order, all purchases are added to your room and you pay at the end, you could easily overspend if you aren't careful."

"First time stayed here, and will not be the last, nice ground floor modern apartment with patio and garden furniture- nice size - excellent bathroom- washing machine oven etc in kitchen area. Plenty of sunbeds available around a lovely pool area (1 was very cold, the other was a nice temperature) - u can get breakfast for €15 per person ( we didn’t) the restaurant does excellent lunches - huge portions! Good quality- all around very nice place to stay"

"The staff were very helpful and the place is clean however some areas are ready for a refurbish mainly the sunbeds by the pool. It’s lovely up there but the beds are a disgrace. Really comfy beds in the rooms and the hotel is very well situated. I keep going back so something must be good😊"

"Recently refurbed, lovely hotel, it’s in a great position, just 2 negatives 1. Breakfast is chaos 2. Although plenty of sunbeds by pool, it is very crowded. The new bar on the terrace is excellent - we were upgraded to a fantastic room - Thank you"

"10/10. Perfect for couples, families and surfers! Recommend going for the sea view rooms as it’s away from the strip plus the views and sunset are lovely! "
