"My room was supposed to be cleaned on the 4th day. A bag of towels was left on my door. I was told they would be there by 6 No cleaning occurred. The washing machine ruined 2 of my tops. Completely chewed them up to the point that they were not wearable any longer and had to be trashed. The shampoo combination hair wash was terrible quality.
