"Room was clean, staff was very friendly"

"The automated check in is fine and the building / rooms are new and well appointed but it doesn’t count for much when there’s a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I spent all evening with the windows open just to sleep and as there is nobody on site, there’s no way of moving rooms or getting it seen to."

"Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende mit 4 Personen dort. Die beiden Betreiber Arne und Ralf sind mit ganzen Herzen dabei. Beide haben eine interessante Geschichte in der Hotellerie und das merkt man auch. Selten fühlten wir uns in einem Hotel so wohl und aufgehoben. Alles sehr familiär, bodenständig, liebevoll, echt und ungezwungen. Essen und lecker Bierchen schmeckten immer. Zimmer rustikal, wie man das in der Gegend erwartet. "Very close to the train station, so even if the weather is bad, IBIS is easy to get to. And they have large umbrellas to rent if you need one. The staff was very informative and willing to chat when they weren't otherwise occupied. While my stay was short, they had good suggestions that I want to explore when I return"

"Possibly our favorite hotel on this trip. Very clean. It’s an older building that hasn’t had a lot of updates, but our room was spacious with lots of character. No AC, but a fan was provided and the windows could be opened all the way. The floor was carpeted, but new semi-disposable slippers were provided. No hygiene concerns. Bathroom was old and small, but everything worked and it was very clean. Staff very friendly, breakfast good."

"Epic views, friendly staff. All the different saunas were nice and the indoor pool was 90f which was wonderful. I had panorama view room on the 8th floor facing the mountain range, it was such a great view we didn't want to leave the room and got room service."

"No phone in room, so no wakeup call possible. Some people write "partying" quit loud in hall? Atrium? until 330am!! No attempt by staff to quiet them."
