Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay here: The staff were very helpful, rooms and hallway were clean, and roof-top deck was perfect for a quieter rest. It was an easy walk to the Convention Center area, grocery store, and restaurants. The only thing that would have helped us would be to have TV access without having to use our own phone connection. "This is a wonderful hotel. it’s in a nice area. I love how it’s close to a lot of the restaurants downtown. Tons of coffee shops around. There’s grocery stores down the street. Lovely Staff they were Always there to help. The Rooms are a nice size and has the things you may need to feel nice and cozy. I like aesthetic of the hotel. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.
