"Staff at the front desk and bar were great! Room was clean and had extra special surprises such as towel swabs and toilet paper flowers. Front desk asked where we wanted our room - high floor or low floor - pool or downtown Miami view. I told front desk to surprise me. We were on the 9th floor over looking the pool. Happy hour was a nice amenity and will be using the complimentary airport shuttle. Highly recommend and will not disappoint! "
