My room had three little critters I found on the floor and bed that scared me, the TV didn't work despite help desk support, the place is nice and good location, but the service not great , I gave 2stars for a night employee that was nice. Disappointing overall"

"This is not a safe area. It is not recommended to walk outside the gates. The night we arrived there were prostitutes standing along side the driveway gated entrance at the street. We were told to order food and have it delivered and not to walk outside the gates. The hours for food and drinks at the hotel are very limited. I spent more money on having food delivered than we wanted, since we had no rental car and didn’t want to pay for a taxi, Uber or Lyft. They do not have a shuttle of any kind! This property does not feel like a Hilton and gives more of a Super 8 feel, in my opinion. Also, our bathroom had a sewer smell off and on for the 2 days we were there. "
