"Thr first room i got, the bedding was not clean blsck specks on it. so I went to staff who gave me another room apologizing. The second room the bedding seemed at least clean, but the tub was not clean well and used washcloth drapped on top of shower rod. Someones bag was left behind door, and the door to room you had to shut hard to get it closed. Breakfast and staff were great. Just whosever in charge of housekeeping way want to make rounds. I made due but wont plan to stay again there. "

"As for the general ambiance of the Hotel, it was great BUT, in terms of NOISE it was very disappointing : surrounding noise, people shouting in corridors starting 7:00 AM . The overall issue was the location of the room we were given : aside/in-front of elevators, beside the main backdoor entrance, near vending & Ice machines ! Its not the 1st time we experience this issue but it always happen when we book through Expedia !?! So, If you can afford an extra amount of $, I advise you to book directly on the Hotel Website …"

"I came to this hotel with a friend for a zen retreat. The space is brand new and well designed but the staff seemed a little inexperienced and like they are still figuring things out. The sauna was broken which was something we were looking forward to. The room was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The rooms are not very sound proof for anyone who is a sensitive sleeper. The robes in the room was a nice touch. Overall a good stay and great value for weekday rate but I would have been disappointed if we had paid the weekend rate for the experience we had."
