New construction Edgartown home with AC, new furnishings, o/d shower, bike path.

Newly constructed home in Edgartown on the island of Martha's Vineyard within walking distance of Sengekontacket Pond. The furnishings are all new, and there is a great back yard for entertaining, as well as being on the bike path and close to State and South Beach. The home is in a highly wooded area and within a 8-10 minute bike ride or 30 minute walk to the center of Edgartown with it's fine museums, restaurants and art galleries. The owner recently completed the decoration and furnishing of the home using the services of a professional decorator with central air conditioning and all new granite countertops. Pay for 3 nights and get the 4th night fee from 12/15-3/1 excluding holidays. We also have transferable car ferry tickets available for purchase for July and August.

Home away from home

Very Nice House in a Good Location

This house was in excellent condition and offers spacious rooms, nice deck and large front porch area. It is on a quiet street with an easy drive into Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. The beach chairs, umbrella and coolers were a very nice amenity. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. The owner was very responsive, and easy to talk to. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, lovely and convenient house in Martha’s Vineyard

We stayed at this house for 5 nights. It is spacious. The two upstair bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. Th kitchen has everything we need. The dining area in the kitchen is sufficient enough for 6 people. The location is great and it’s convenient to get around in Martha’s Vineyard. Steve is very responsive and great in providing information. We had a great time here and would certainly recommend it.

Clean, cute home for quick Vineyard stay

Unfortunately the weather and ferry cancellations delayed our trip for a day so we only got a quick one night visit on the island, but the home was clean, large, well equipped and comfortable for two couples, we could've easily fit a third. I think having a car at this property would've been helpful as its in a residential area but again, ferry cancellations kept us from being able to bring over the car so we made it work! Would definitely rent this property again! I'm hoping we get to come back to explore and spend more time on the Vineyard.

Nice relaxed condo

The house was a fantastic location. Quiet road. Not far from the water, great for early am walk. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was VERY CLEAN. The kitchen was very well equipped. Had a porch on front and back. We used the back porch in the evening. Beds were very comfortable with many pillows. It had the necessary soap for cleaning. I've done many VRBO and this was one of the nicest I've been in.

Very Enjoyable Stay...Don't hesitate!

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals throughout the years, all satisfactory, but overall, this was the best. Why? Steve, the owner was very responsive to all questions. The house is just as photographed and there is a corner everyone can go to if they need their space. There are TVs in all bedrooms and family rooms. We also liked the backpack type beach chairs. The kitchen was set up very nicely and user friendly. The location was close to beaches, the bike trail, and center of Edgartown. The setting of the home was very quiet. We also did not need to use the air conditioning since their were enough windows and sky windows in bedrooms to create a breeze. We like to experience different locations when going on a vacation, however, if we decide to return to MV, we will definitely stay here again.

Paradise in Edgartown

We just returned from 2 weeks in this wonderful home in Edgartown and already booked our return for next year. Truly one of the best vacations we have ever taken. Everything looked exactly as pictured. We felt like we were in our own comfortable home on the Vineyard. Location is amazing so close to both Bend in the Road/State Beach and South Beach as well as down town Edgartown and easy to get to anywhere else you want to get to. The Boulevard at the end of the street was a great place to walk every morning with views across the pond to the beach. We loved the outdoor shower, so refreshing after a day at the beach. All of the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and an assortment of pillows. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable. Both bathrooms were spacious. Loved the living room with 2 comfortable couches and a great wide screen TV. The dining room table was great for working on puzzles. We loved sitting on the front porch with a cocktail after coming home from the beach. There are beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella and beach towels as well as all the linens you need. We also appreciated having WiFi. Steve and Luisa are wonderful to deal with.

Quick weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay at this property! We were on island for a quick weekend getaway and this home was comfortable, clean, and close to everything. A five minute drive into Edgartown and a 10 minute drive to oak bluffs. Communication with the owner/manager was easy. We would definitely stay again!

Greatly enjoyed our stay!

The property was a dream- check in/check out and communication were prompt and clear. The house was well laid out for my young family, easy to figure out where things in the kitchen were stored, it was quiet (so great for kids sleeping) and we appreciated all the extras (high chair and pack and play!). Thank you- we will definitely keep this in mind for future visits to the vineyard!
